The last time a movie won an Academy Award for best picture that interested me was probably Return of the King.
Most winners since I wouldn’t even bother seeing and I go to the movies at least 2-3 times a month. This makes the Academy Awards irrelevant to me.
At least the VGAs have game announcements, which is the real reason people watch them.

I like the look of the console, but the reality of it is that if I do eventually purchase one (as unlikely as that will be), it’ll be my number 3 console behind the PS5 & Switch.
If you take sales into account maybe, but the actual game is pretty boring after a while (not as boring as RDR2 though).
GTAs have just never really hit the mark since Vice City imo, while IV & V take themselves waaaay too seriously.
It wouldn't be my top pick, but it'd be in my top 10, so I'd be happy for this to be awarded Game of the Decade.
My personal game of the decade would have to be either The Last of Us or Diablo III: Reaper of Souls UEE.
